No, and you do not need one. Pay As You Go has no monthly fee: you get your booking page and card payments and pay a 2% Cleenfy transaction fee, plus credit card payment processing, on what clients pay you. Upgrade when you hire or want automatic texts.
Cleenfy Payments combines your plan's Cleenfy transaction fee with credit card payment processing fees. These are Cleenfy transaction fees of 2%, 1% or 0%, charged in addition to credit card payment processing. Premium's 0% removes only the Cleenfy platform fee. Credit card payment processing remains. A standard U.S. domestic card is 2.9% + 30¢ per successful payment. Your actual payment processing rate depends on your account, country and payment method, so that rate is not guaranteed.
Yes. The Cleenfy transaction fee and credit card payment processing apply to the total payment, including the tip. When the service and tip are paid together, the fixed 30¢ is charged once on that payment. There is no separate 30¢ on the tip.
Example at the standard U.S. domestic card rate: credit card payment processing is $3.20. Cleenfy adds $2 on Pay As You Go, $1 on Pro and $0 on Premium. Total transaction fees are $5.20, $4.20 and $3.20. The monthly plan charge is separate.
